The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued Sales Tax General Order No. 05 of 2025, notifying that no cement bag shall be allowed to leave a production site, factory, or import station without affixation of tax stamps/Unique Identification Markings (UIMs) effective from 1st November 2025.
The UIMs/tax stamps will be procured from FBR’s licensed consortium M/s AJCL/MITAS/Authentix under the electronic monitoring, tracking & tracing system implemented as per Section 40C of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 and Rule 150ZF of the Sales Tax Rules, 2006.
