Karachi Tax Bar Association (KTBA) has shared key concerns with FBR after the return filing deadline 31 Oct 2025:
IRIS issues remained unresolved despite the extension.
Cyclostyle & conditional orders issued on extension requests under Sec. 119.
Many extension applications still pending.
Taxpayers with pending extensions wrongly excluded from ATL.
KTBA has urged FBR to review such orders, retain ATL status, and ensure a smooth, taxpayer-friendly system.
